Motorcycle Mechanic

Gaslight Harley Davidson, in Morden, MB is looking for a Motorcycle Mechanic! In this role you'll be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on customer and dealership motorcycles while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This role plays an important part in delivering an exceptional ownership experience for riders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on motorcycles to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Complete scheduled services including fluid changes, tire replacements, brake service, and general maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new motorcycles
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation of work performed
• Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor regarding repair timelines and required parts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Participate in manufacturer training and stay up to date with new products and technologies

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with motorcycles or powersports equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
• Valid motorcycle license considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
