Sales Consultant
Winnipeg Harley Davidson is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle that matches their lifestyle and riding needs. You will build lasting relationships with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to a high-energy sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to determine their motorcycle needs and preferences.
• Educate customers about Harley-Davidson models, features, and financing options.
• Conduct test rides and ensure a memorable customer experience.
• Follow up with potential buyers to close sales and maintain relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about the latest Harley-Davidson trends.
• Assist with showroom organization and display of motorcycles.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience in automotive, motorcycle, or power sports industries is preferred.
• Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of Harley-Davidson products is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Valid motorcycle license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
