Service Advisor

Midcan Powersports is looking for a Service Advisor to be the friendly, knowledgeable link between our customers and our service department. Join our fast-paced BRP dealership, where we sell and service industry-leading Can-Am and Ski-Doo products.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs for Can-Am ATVs, Side-by-sides, and Ski-Doo snowmobiles
  • Create and manage work orders, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to keep jobs on track
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups on service and repair progress
  • Explain services performed, recommend maintenance, and process payments
  • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, professionalism, and dealership reputation

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive/marine/powersports enviroment
  • Strong knowledge of powersports equipment (Can-Am, Ski-Doo, or similar is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable using computers and dealership management software (DMS)
