Service Advisor
Midcan Powersports is looking for a Service
Advisor to be the friendly, knowledgeable link between our customers and
our service department. Join our fast-paced BRP dealership, where we sell and
service industry-leading Can-Am and Ski-Doo products.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and
assess their service needs for Can-Am ATVs, Side-by-sides, and Ski-Doo
snowmobiles
- Create and manage work
orders, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling
- Communicate clearly with
technicians and customers to keep jobs on track
- Provide timely updates
and follow-ups on service and repair progress
- Explain services
performed, recommend maintenance, and process payments
- Maintain high standards
for customer satisfaction, professionalism, and dealership reputation
Qualifications
- Experience as a Service
Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive/marine/powersports enviroment
- Strong knowledge of
powersports equipment (Can-Am, Ski-Doo, or similar is a plus)
- Excellent communication,
organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable using
computers and dealership management software (DMS)
