Service Advisor
Harley-Davidson Winnipeg is looking for an experienced Service Advisor! As a Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service and support for their motorcycles. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their bikes in for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. Your responsibilities will include:
Key responsibilities:
• Greeting customers and understanding their service needs.
• Consulting with customers to determine necessary services based on their motorcycle's condition and history.
• Providing accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes.
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with the service department to ensure timely completion of work.
• Communicating updates and recommendations to customers throughout the service process.
• Upselling additional services or accessories as appropriate.
• Resolving any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintaining thorough records of service transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Harley Davidson motorcycles and their maintenance requirements is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating service costs and timelines.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers, both internal and retail
