Body Shop Advisor
Fairway Autobody is seeking a Body Shop Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers requiring collision repair services. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating repair work, and ensuring a smooth repair process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide repair estimates.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status, pricing, and expected completion time.
• Coordinate with technicians, MPI, and parts suppliers to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Document all repair orders, approvals, and updates accurately in the system.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company and industry standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in a body shop, automotive service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and MPI processes.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and estimating software is preferred
